TERMS
About these terms
These terms apply to the public website at mybizonline.ai and to a self-service trial or subscription for MyBizOnline OS. By using the website, creating an account or accepting these terms during sign-up, you agree to them.
The service is provided by MYBIZONLINE.AI LTD, company number 16070269, registered in England and Wales, with registered office at 16 Whitley Drive, Broughton, Chester, CH4 0TL, United Kingdom.
MyBizOnline OS is designed primarily for businesses. If you create an account for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms for it. A bespoke website, web app, managed service or separately negotiated order may have additional written terms; if they conflict, the signed order takes priority for that service.
The 14-day trial and subscription
During sign-up you choose a plan and either monthly or annual billing. You add a payment method securely through Stripe, but no subscription charge is taken when the 14-day trial starts.
Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the selected paid subscription starts at the end of day 14 and Stripe may charge the payment method for the price and billing interval shown and accepted during sign-up. Your subscription then renews for the same interval until cancelled.
You can cancel from the subscription area in MyBizOnline OS. Cancelling during the trial prevents the paid subscription from starting. Cancelling after the trial takes effect at the end of the paid billing period already started, unless mandatory law requires otherwise. Cancellation does not remove amounts already properly due.
Where you are legally acting as a consumer, mandatory cancellation, refund and other statutory rights are not reduced by these terms. Contact us promptly if you believe those rights apply.
Plans, prices and additional services
The plan name, recurring price, currency and monthly or annual interval shown immediately before checkout form part of your order. We will not change the recurring price already accepted without notice and an opportunity to cancel before the change takes effect.
Some external-provider or usage-based services may create separate charges. Those charges apply only where the service clearly identifies the rate or calculation and you accept it before use. Connecting a provider may also create charges owed directly to that provider under its own terms.
Plan capability may develop over time. We may improve, replace or retire individual features, but will not knowingly describe an unconnected external provider as live or remove the substance of a paid service without reasonable notice or a suitable remedy.
Accounts and security
You must give accurate sign-up information, keep account credentials secure and tell us promptly about suspected unauthorised access. Accounts are for authorised users of your organisation and must not be sold, shared publicly or used to bypass plan or security controls.
Higher-risk platform administration may require an additional authentication step. You are responsible for removing access when a team member no longer needs it and for maintaining appropriate devices, browsers and network access.
Your data and responsibilities
You retain your rights in business and customer data entered into MyBizOnline OS. You give us the limited permission needed to host, process, protect, back up and display that data to provide and support the service.
You are responsible for having a lawful basis and giving any required notices when you place personal information in the service. You must not upload unlawful, infringing or malicious material, payment-card details into ordinary text fields, or information that you are not authorised to use.
Our handling of account information is described in the privacy notice. Where we process customer-controlled personal information on your organisation’s instructions, appropriate data-processing terms may also apply.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website or MyBizOnline OS. In particular, you must not:
- introduce malware or harmful material;
- attempt unauthorised access, probing or circumvention of security or tenant boundaries;
- use automated access in a way that damages, overloads or disrupts the service;
- send unlawful, deceptive, abusive, unsolicited or infringing material;
- resell, reverse engineer or copy the service except where law expressly permits it;
- use the service to violate another person’s rights or an external provider’s terms.
Legitimate security research requires prior written authorisation and an agreed scope.
Availability and external providers
We take reasonable care to operate and protect the service, but no online service is uninterrupted or error-free. We may perform maintenance, respond to incidents, prevent misuse or make changes needed for security and reliability.
External services such as payment, email, calendar, messaging and telephony providers remain subject to their own availability, approval and terms. MyBizOnline OS does not make an external connection live until it has been configured and authorised. We are not responsible for a third-party service outside our reasonable control, but we remain responsible for our own integration and support obligations.
Ownership and permitted use
MyBizOnline OS, the website, original design, copy, code, product presentation and brand assets are owned by or licensed to MYBIZONLINE.AI LTD and protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.
While your subscription is active, we grant your authorised users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your organisation’s internal business purposes. No ownership is transferred. Public material may be viewed and reasonably copied internally to evaluate the service, but may not be republished, sold or presented as your own.
Suspension and ending the service
We may limit or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address a security risk, unlawful use, material breach or overdue payment. Where practical, we will explain the reason and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve it.
Either party may end the agreement for a material breach that is not remedied within a reasonable period after notice, or immediately where the breach cannot reasonably be remedied. When access ends, we will handle account and customer data in accordance with the privacy notice, applicable data-processing terms and legal obligations.
Liability, law and contact
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Your statutory rights, where they apply, are not affected.
Subject to that protection and to the extent permitted by law, neither party is responsible for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the agreement began. You remain responsible for business decisions, regulatory obligations and maintaining appropriate independent records or continuity arrangements.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights that apply. Questions can be sent to info@mybizonline.ai.
We may update these terms for legal, security or service changes. We will give reasonable notice of a material change affecting an active paid subscription. The date above identifies the version accepted during sign-up.
