Our commitment

MYBIZONLINE.AI wants the public website to be usable by as many people as reasonably possible, including people who navigate with a keyboard, use assistive technology, magnify content, change text settings or reduce motion.

Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. Accessibility is treated as part of design, engineering and content—not a final cosmetic check.

Current conformance status

The rebuilt website is being tested towards WCAG 2.2 Level AA, but it has not yet completed an independent accessibility audit. We therefore do not claim full conformance at this stage.

Automated checks and responsive browser tests reduce common failures but do not prove that every access need is met. Manual keyboard, screen-reader, text-resize and user testing remain part of the release gate.

Measures already built in

• semantic headings, landmarks and labelled navigation;
• a skip link to bypass repeated navigation;
• visible keyboard focus and meaningful link text;
• minimum practical touch-target sizes for primary actions;
• responsive layouts across desktop, laptop, tablet and mobile orientations;
• reduced-motion support for visitors who request it;
• alternative text for meaningful product imagery;
• server-rendered content that remains useful without client-side interaction.

Known limitations and dependencies

The following areas need continuing review before a full-conformance claim:

• art-directed display typography and dense visual compositions at extreme text enlargement;
• the reading order and description quality of complex product-interface captures;
• the public forms’ error, status-message and consent experience across a wider range of screen readers;
• email and telephone actions, which depend on applications configured on the visitor’s device.

The trial, demo and website-project forms have semantic labels, native validation, visible focus, announced error states and announced confirmation states. They still require structured assistive-technology testing before release.

How we assess the website

Release assessment combines automated testing with manual review. It covers keyboard access, focus visibility, page structure, text alternatives, colour contrast, reflow, text enlargement, reduced motion, link purpose and the absence of unexpected horizontal scrolling.

The site is verified at desktop, laptop, tablet portrait, tablet landscape, mobile portrait and mobile landscape sizes. Material design or content changes must be reassessed rather than relying on an earlier result.

Preparation and review

This statement was prepared on 27 August 2026 from the current local rebuild and will be reviewed before public launch. It must be updated after the independent or equivalent structured accessibility assessment and whenever a material limitation or remediation changes.
